My workshop process

Pre-workshop
Thoroughly understanding your goal and current situation, so the approach is tailored according to your needs.
Deciding the most appropriate activities, who to include etc.
Deciding the agenda, need for materials, technical setup etc. Preparing slides.
Coordination with you, final approval. Prep work for participants, if needed.

Facilitation
Strong emphasis on inclusion, engagement, active role and creating a safe space so people can open and become creative.
Strict time and agenda management, so everybody gets a word, discussions stay on track and everyone's time is respected.
Flexible real-time course-corrections as every workshop inevitably brings surprises, sudden insights or changes in focus.

Post-workshop
Proper recap at the end of the workshop to capture everyone's key insights. If appropriate, deciding action points with assigned accountability for the participants.
Digitally recording analogue artefacts (e.g. photos of post-it notes) if appropriate and agreed with you.
On a separate request, a summary document of the whole workshop.
